TOADINATOR

DESIGN . ENGINEERING . MANUFACTURING . QUALITY CONTROL . DELIVERY

We’re proud to have partnered with Animal Control Technologies Australia (ACTA) in the development and manufacturing of the Toadinator — an innovative, humane solution designed to help communities and conservationists manage the destructive spread of invasive cane toads.

Specifically engineered to target cane toads without harming native species, the Toadinator is a strategic tool in environmental protection and invasive species management, offering an ethical, effective, and field-ready solution to one of Australia’s most pressing ecological challenges.

The TOADINATOR® cane toad trap is compact, lightweight, portable and easy to assemble. The trap has been specifically designed to attract and trap cane toads using proven finger door technology and a solar powered, self-charging light and sound attractor unit.

Solar powered and water resistant, with variable volume settings. Galvanized for long life in tropical conditions. Flat packed for efficient transportation. Easy to assemble, and safe to use in any environment.

The solar powered attractor has onboard power storage, so an external power source is not always required. It turns on at night when toads are active but is off during the day.

With a built-in UV light that attracts insects, which in turn attracts toads because insects are a favored food source, and the sound unit that has preloaded series of cane toad calls, it is a trap with multi-sensory attractions.

Effective and efficient, the flatpack design saves space, time and freight costs. Thinking end-to-end, Production Partners helps in considering and creating solutions for how product can be efficiently and economically shipped across the globe.

The Toadinator represents a purpose-built environmental tool, developed with both scientific insight and practical field application in mind. Our partnership with ACTA showcases our ability to support mission-driven innovations — especially those that protect biodiversity and promote sustainable land management.

Together, we’ve helped bring a tool to life that’s making a real difference in the fight against invasive species — built for impact, and built to last.

“Animal Control Technologies Australia (ACTA) provides innovative new products to help landholders and government agencies manage increasing problems of introduce pest animals to thus protect stock, native wildlife and crops and to help prevent environmental damage. In collaboration with government agencies in the USA, University collaborators in Australia and the interactive design team at Production Partners we have achieved a new targeted delivery of a novel humane bait product for feral pigs and a high tech trap design for invasive toads. The quick turnaround, practical focus and constructive inputs from the experienced group at Production Parthers has been a critical factor in a quality outcome.”
