Production Partners designed the Zeus anti-snoring device to be small, unobtrusive and reliably reusable, working to medical grade standards for UK-based Morgan Innovation and Technology.
Working from initial concept, through engineering and prototyping, to a manufacture processes involving silicon compression over-molding and electronics engineering, Production Partners brought the Zeus to life while ensuring all bio-compatible materials would be up to the quality assurance level of a company with multiple ISO certifications, US FDA registration, and certified by the British Standards Institution Group.
Improving the lives of both snorers and their partners, Zeus attaches underneath the chin with adhesive stimulation pads, and treatment is carried out by the application of mild electrical stimulation. Pulses contract the throat muscles associated with maintaining clear and open airways, but are gentle enough to be effective without waking the user.
