Working in collaboration with Outerspace Design, Production Partners took the RX Rapid Fit Jump Rope from the initial design refinement and engineering debug process through to successful production and delivery.
A straightforward concept realized with intricate precision and considerations, the RX Rapid Fit manufacturing process requires complex injection, over-molding, ink-filling, compression molded EVA, CNC machine cutting, and anodizing. Ergonomic dual bearing handles provide effortless spin, while the pvc-coated aircraft grade cable provides perfect resistance for the user.
At the push of a button, the Rapid Fit can adjust length to fit heights from five feet tall to six feet, with a single standard cable, and can fit users over six feet tall with the Long cable. This ingenuity and attention to detail has made the award-winning RX Rapid Fit the official jump rope of USA Boxing and USA Wrestling.
